The Problem

Digital exclusion is a crisis — and it's growing.

Over 1.3 billion people worldwide live with some form of disability, yet the vast majority of digital services remain inaccessible to them.

97%

Websites Fail Accessibility Tests

The first 1,000 results on Google were analysed — and 97% contained detectable WCAG failures that block users with disabilities.

150M

Adults Experience Disability

More than 150 million people with disabilities across Africa face severe digital exclusion, navigating inaccessible websites, mobile apps, and government portals

R2.4B

Lost Economic Output

International Labour Organisation (ILO) calculates that broader disability exclusion costs South Africa between 1% and 7% of its GDP annuall

The Solution

SEEN bridges the gap between people and digital inclusion.

Our AI platform works on two fronts - empowering individuals and enabling organisations to build better, more inclusive digital experiences.

👁

AI Navigation Assistant

SEEN's intelligent assistant understands user needs in real-time and adapts any digital interface to match individual accessibility requirements — screen reader optimisation, voice navigation, high-contrast modes, and more.

Instant Accessibility Audit

Organisations can scan any website or application with a single integration. SEEN identifies WCAG violations, suggests fixes, and tracks compliance progress over time with detailed reporting dashboards.

🤝

Inclusive Design Engine

Built on real user data from people with diverse disabilities, SEEN's design engine provides actionable recommendations so organisations can build accessibility into their products from day one — not as an afterthought.

How It Works

Intelligent accessibility, powered by AI.

Four steps from detection to real-time adaptation — seamless for users, transparent for organisations.

Connect

Organisations integrate SEEN into their digital platforms via a lightweight SDK or API - no code changes required for most systems.

Analyse

SEEN's AI engine continuously scans the interface, identifying accessibility barriers using both automated testing and real user behaviour patterns.

Adapt

For individual users, SEEN dynamically adjusts the interface in real-time - modifying contrast, font sizes, navigation flow, and interaction modes based on personal needs.

Learn

Every interaction trains the AI model, improving accuracy and personalisation over time. Organisations receive insights to permanently fix underlying accessibility issues.

The Founder

Built by someone who understands the gap.

SEEN was founded with a singular purpose: to close the accessibility gap that technology has created. Our founder's journey began with a personal understanding of how digital barriers can isolate entire communities — and a conviction that AI could be the bridge.

Drawing from years of experience in community development and stakeholder engagement, Aluwani recognised that accessibility was not just a technical challenge - it was a human rights issue. SEEN represents the convergence of technology and compassion, leveraging artificial intelligence to create a world where digital services are truly accessible to everyone, regardless of ability.
